Our mission is to create an exciting and unexpected encounter for our elderly community by delivering Sweet Surprises- refurbished flowers and other organic gifts in efforts to express our gratitude for their presence in our lives.

HOW WE GOT STARTED
As a volunteer at her community senior center, Tanaka developed such a strong connection with the people she encountered. A bond so strong that she would address them as her friends.
One day before her visit to her friend Mary, she decided to grab her some flowers. She did not anticipate witnessing the pure joy and excitement Mary felt from receiving flowers for absolutely no reason at all. It was not Mary's birthday, Valentine's Day or Mother's Day. It was just Saturday!
From that moment on, Tanaka decided she would dedicate her time and God given creativity skills to impact the lives of others with random little sweet surprises. With the community's support and eyes on the BIG picture, this non-profit project can truly make difference in people's lives.
